Hi, I’m Jonathan Carroll
I founded TIDAL TRANSFORMATION to offer the kind of in-depth, personal development support that is missing from our culture.
I too did all the things I was “supposed to do.” I went to the University of Waterloo and graduated with honors. I played at high levels in competitive sports. I worked in the mainstream business world for years, and advanced to management positions that I enjoyed for a time.
And still, I kept coming up with the question “IS THIS ALL LIFE IS SUPPOSED TO BE??!”
How is it possible that life felt SO BORING AND POINTLESS, even though I was working so hard to do all the right things?
Then I hit a turning point in my life after a bad breakup, and I was forced to look at the stark reality that the traditional formula of my life was just not making me happy.
And that’s when the moment happened….
I stepped off the path of “CONVENTION” and I made a hard left turn:
